Dr. Cormac O’Shea studied Agricultural Science and later was awarded a PhD in pig nutrition at University College Dublin. Cormac completed postdoctoral fellowships supported by Enterprise Ireland, the Irish Research Council and the Irish Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine before taking up a position as lecturer in poultry science at the Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Sydney in 2015. After a few years in Australia, Cormac accepted a role as Associate Professor of non-ruminant science at the School of Biosciences in Nottingham.
